Long before churches had classrooms, believers met in houses, gathered around tables, walked dusty roads together, and sat on porches sharing God’s Word. They would learn, teach, encouraging, pray, and help others come to know and follow Christ.
That simple picture is at the heart of Porch Believers.
The porch is not a building.
The porch is a place where believers grow together in Christ.
It is a place of invitation.
A place of wisdom.
A place of fellowship.
A place where God’s Word is opened, questions are welcomed, lives are changed, and disciples are made.
That is the Porch we hope to build.
Who We Are
Porch Believers is a Christ-centered discipleship ministry dedicated to helping people pursue God, grow in faith together, equip others, and strengthen the local church.
We do not exist to replace the church.
We exist to encourage believers, support local churches, and help fulfill Christ’s command to make disciples.
Everything we do—from daily devotionals and books to discipleship resources and future training—is intended to point people toward Jesus Christ and His Word.
What We Believe
Everything within Porch Believers is built upon three foundational truths.
Rooted in Truth
God’s Word is our authority and guide.
Scripture shapes our teaching, our discipleship, and our lives.
Built on Grace
Salvation is the gift of God through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
We stand upon His grace, not our own accomplishments.
Strengthened Through Salvation
Jesus Christ transforms lives.
Through His saving work and the power of the Holy Spirit, believers are strengthened to grow, serve, and help others follow Him.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple.
To make disciples who make disciples and help them wherever God calls them.
Some are called to teach.
Some are called to serve.
Some are called to write.
Some are called to lead.
Some are called to quietly encourage others.
Every believer has a place in God’s Kingdom.
Our desire is to help believers discover that calling and faithfully walk in it.
The Porch Believers Path
Every believer’s journey is different, but we share a common direction.
We seek to:
- Pursue God through His Word and prayer.
- Grow Together through biblical community and discipleship.
- Equip Others to serve and disciple faithfully.
- Strengthen the Church by encouraging believers to actively serve within their local congregation.

Our Prayer
We do not hope to build a well-known organization.
We hope to build faithful disciples.
If Porch Believers is remembered, may it not be because we built a great ministry, but because God used this ministry to help people build their lives upon Jesus Christ.
